"I called Kara Smith State Farm agency yesterday afternoon at 4.59p (a minute before they close down for the day) In less then 24 hours, I signed up with my auto & umbrella policies with the agency! "After 46 years with another major provider, I was able to get BETTER home and auto (2 autos) coverage for $1,200+ less per year. This was actually unexpected and about 20% less. The process was easy and was handled promptly, error free, and professionally. No pushy sales tactics, etc. that some agents are known for.
